Life seems, for once, to be going (sort of) well for me right now. There are a few unhappy things - my nana (who it seems is getting sicker everyday), the fact that I've gotten myself into a rut with school work (again) and my constantly looming financial situation - but all in all, things are looking good

oh man, that is sucky about your profs being on strike. I can't imagine that your school would give you an academic penalty if your teachers never came back and you didn't drop the class; that just seems very wrong. but hopefully your teachers will get what they deserve (because teachers always deserve more!) and you won't lose your credits. :(

Hey what kind of camp is it? I work at a sleepaway camp that I looove! I went there as a camper for years and then I became staff.

That is a crappy situation with the strike, hope things get resolved soon.

And I love that song. Totally agree with the happy and sad thing. God I love 13 Going on 30.
