I don't normally repost things from twitter, but for nobarking's benefit, I'm doing it once: FF Tactics A2 is... *creative* when it comes to annoying laws. No "not using MP"? Ow.
It's even better on clan trials early in the game, where you have maybe two magic users in total. "Here, kill six guys in three rounds. Oh, and you'd better have six mages for this."
Needless to say I do not have a Bangaa wizard kicking around.
Also, FF Tactics Advance (the first one) dicked me out of the ending. I can't get Ambervale to do anything. I go there, the game asks me if I want to save, and then I'm back on the world map. Mission 024 (the final mission, according to gamefaqs) is neither complete nor available anywhere, and all the walkthroughs I've read just say "Go to Ambervale!"
80 hours, but fuck that noise. I might consider bumrushing through the game if I can find someone to mule my characters and gear over for me, but I'm not playing through from scratch just to see if it's a one-time glitch.
