Well, today I'm happy. I had to drag my ass out of my bed to go to school: they're giving me moneys for the orphans to go to El Lay!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! ♥ Then I had to go downtown (thankfully my dad drove me to school and then dropped me off downtown, that way I saved like one hour of bus XD and, of course, 11 pesos XD), to pick up the letter for ( Read more... )

Eh? Japan? NO! I wish it was Japan, but I'm going to Los Angeles (El Lay = LA :P). There's a conference on Latin American literature from the time we were still Spanish colonies, and I'm going to expose a work on regional literature. Sort of. As soon as I write it. Don't tell anyone that I actually only wrote the abstract and send it to be approved. XD
