Jenova is the trump card. Her children are strong, unpredictable and driven by her will, and they won't give up their goals over casualties or collateral damage. None of that matters to her.

Being able to cancel that hold over her pawns is a powerful advantage.

She can influence humans mentally, but it's easiest for her when some of her cells are implanted inside the host. Even a single cell of hers can project her will.

Cloud carries a great deal of her in his blood. He would make an ideal vessel if he ever allowed her to gain control.

That's correct. It would be a triumph for her to gain the body of the person who was able to stop her twice.

She would also have a vested interest in you, if you're determined to keep Cloud from her.

Who knows? Hojo experimented on quite a few people, and Jenova herself was here at one point, as I understand it.
