Still no idea what the numbers are, but I know a few things they aren't - I just tossed one of the matched sets into a decoder for Hex, Binary, and Base64 and just got a load of gibberish. Taking out the numbers didn't get anything more coherent and neither did taking out the numbers and the dashes.

I know this is probably cheating, but I'm gonna have my friend's dad (who was a computer nerd for a living) take a look at this and see what he comes up with. Unless that's bad of me, in which case just delete this comment. |D
