I always clean up the original line art. Like, I delete most of the shading (like Gokudera's hair) and the backgrounds. Sometimes I draw in parts covered by speech bubbles or cut off by the edge of the panel if I'm not feeling too lazy. I don't totally redraw the lines or anything like that though.
