I love this series intensely. I was stunned when I watched the last couple of episodes, but it was the kind of stunned that comes from realising that the series had been building up to that conclusion all along (with so many hints along the way) that it seemed almost inevitable when it got there. I also think the character development was amazingly rich for a shonen series.
