How would you assess my inferior musical performance -- would you boycott it?

And for a bonus:

A wealthy metropolitan appreciated his fortune but found his life generally hollow and unhealthy.

quiz, music

That second one's more an encapsulation of the whole thing, "City dweller, successful fella, thought to himself, oops, I've gotta lot of money..." Blur, Country House

Ah ha, and now I've got the first one,

"What would you do if I sang out of tune, would you stand up and walk out on me" Beatles, With a little help from my friends.

Guess I need to come up with some now...

I totally had the Beatles one on the tip of my tongue. Amazed I couldn't quite get my brain to give me the song it clearly knew...

They're actually less verbose than the originals :)

Mm, it's only when thinking about this that I've realized how verbose some artistes are. Might have to change the name of the quiz...

They all seem pretty close together... I don't think it's "New York, London, Paris, Munich" :-)

That'd be "It's Grim Up North"

We are three times abbreviatedly conducting ourselves on a foreign dual-carriageway limited access highway with grade separated junctions designed and built solely for motorised traffic, ahead lies a great depression with predominant extent in one direction.

I want this to be 'Road to nowhere' but I'm pretty sure it isn't. Indeed I can't think of any reason why it would be to be honest...
