[Yes, it's another accidental video. Castiel bumps the tablet and the feed shows the bar at the Roadhouse. He has several glasses lined up in front of him and a few bottles of different types of liquors and juices off to the side. Some glasses are fuller than others, some empty save for ice. Castiel himself has one of the fuller ones in his hand,

[He blinks at the tablet, frowning. Figures.] I suppose it is. [He's not drunk. He hasn't had a single drop of it all. He puts the glass he's looking at down and gives it an unreadable look.] I thought I should learn how to make the most popular drinks asked for.

[A pause and then wryly:] I really have no idea how well I'm doing.

[This is a really good thing, and she looks almost relieved.] Uh, you can't really know if you're doing okay with something like that unless you have people there to taste them. Or you could do that but I kinda think after a bit you'd start to not notice the difference.
