Yeah... the Apportioners.

I'm not exactly sure, but it sounded like they were saying that something's gotten messed up and people we know have been brought to the Underworld, and we're supposed to find them. [She's looking worried.] The last time they told us to find people, it was because they'd kidnapped them and they were being tortured.
