[Somebody hasn't learned this whole 'locking' thing. Sam's not in the Wincheters' house. Those who know will realize it's Bobby's house.]
Bobby's missing.
[He pans the tablet around to show the wreaked front room of the house.] The entire house is like this. I've checked all the rooms and no sign of him anywhere.
[There's a pause after the feed starts up, before Dean starts talking. He looks at the view of the wreckage on his tablet.] Damn. Bobby's missing? Are you sure? [He's not really hoping for anything, but he has to ask.]
Hang on, Sammy. I'm coming to meet you. Already got a bunch of stuff packed up and ready to go. [The screen moves as Dean heads for the front door]
[Sam gives Dean a LOOK through the screen. Bitchface #23.] You think Bobby would leave his entire place looking like this if he was here?
[He relents after a moment.] He's not at the library. He's not here and last I heard, he hadn't checked in with Cas. That doesn't say entirely that he's missing, but it's a good hint, I'd say.
[Yeah. He was sort of expecting that look. At least he looks slightly sheepish about having asked if Sam was certain Bobby was gone.] Yeah. I know. Man. I was just... hoping, you know.
[Dean's eyes narrow dangerously as he heads out the door, locking it behind himself, and starts off down the street. He's walking briskly. While he wants to get to Bobby's quickly and he is in good shape, he doesn't want to tire himself out at all before the hard part.] That's just fucking great. I'm gonna kill the sons of bitches that took him when I get my hands on them. Cause I'm willing to bet Bobby's not off on vacation somewhere. [The joke is delivered with a tight smile. Sure, it's inappropriate, but Dean's not really sure how to handle the situation. Bobby is family, and so much like a father to him and Sam. He couldn't stand to loose him for good.]
[Quick sigh.] I asked Cas to check the wall. Just in case. But he's not gone. [Not properly gone, at least. Which was good.]
[Sam nods once, sharply.] No. I don't think he is, either. We'll check this place a bit, see if we have any clues, but I think we're all meeting up at the Roadhouse. Probably best to make sure we get there before the mist rolls in again.
No, no, no. No. It's a litany echoing in his mind, a denial, even as he tries to answer Sam. It takes him a moment and Sam might pick up on the telltale signs of restrained panic: a tightness in his expression, clenched jaw, and a brightness to his eyes.]
We have to find him. [Mist or no. Creatures or no. Bobby cannot be left at the mercy of whoever took him.] Now.
[Yeah, he catches that look. Doesn't know the reasons behind it, but there are things you just don't ask an angel.]
[Also, whatever happened to put that look on his face just makes Sam's insides go cold.]
I don't want to suggest it, but...maybe someone should check out the wall first? Make sure it's not something simpler and...well, safer for Bobby? [Doesn't want Bobby gone, of course. Never that. But it's worth a check first off before people panic.]
I'm going. [The Mist is gone, which means Castiel is once again able to fly. He cuts the feed with Sam, only to turn it back on a few moments later. He's at Hecate's temple now, the wall in the background.]
His name's not here. [His voice has gone flat and his gaze becomes unfocused.] I can't find him.
[Ellen's in the back room of the Roadhouse, already stocking up, an array of weapons on the table before her. The fact that Bobby hadn't checked in immediately had started her worrying. Sam's discovery just confirmed her worst fears.
[Someone had taken one of their own, and by the look of things, Bobby didn't go quietly.]
[Sam had been hoping against hope that it was something simple and not scary. The mist was bad enough.]
Not that I can see. I'm waiting on Dean to arrive and we'll look together. We'll bring whatever we find down to the Roadhouse with us. I'm not going running into this on our own.
[Ellen snaps a shotgun shut, shoving another box of shells into her bag.] Meet up here as soon as you can, bring your brother. I'm going to call whatever backup I can find. Damn the Mist, we're going out there to find him.
I don't know. I know I saw him yesterday at the library. But he wasn't there this morning and now the mist? I don't like the possible connections there.
Smarter than you look, then. The last time people started randomly disappearing it ended with an invasion of sea monsters and a lot of us method acting in a low-budget Saw remake. [He remembers that incident all too well, and hasn't forgotten that one Robert Singer--for reasons still not entirely clear to him--made a point of looking after his property during his absence.]
The rest of you lot accounted for? Heard from the Trench Coat Wonder? [Castiel seems to be a prime target for these things, and was also among the kidnapped the first time around. Crowley is privately starting to wonder just how much more the angel can take.]
Well, this time it seems to be strange, amalgamated human forms. At least, that's what Cas said. [Which probably answers the last question there.] One of the girls said this has happened before. Must be the time you're talking about.
Saw remake, though? [Yeah. Sam's not happy about that part. This is BOBBY, after all.] Great. And...everybody but Bobby and Gabriel, apparently.

Okay. I'm waiting on Dean to get here, then we'll head down to the Roadhouse. It's a good place for people to regroup and work from.

Any signs of which way they went, Sam?
