Lisa had had her own place for quite some time now, not very long after the invasion of the dino...no, that was impossible. She wasn't going to think about it. Not now, not ever.

It was about time she took to mapping out the lay of the land, really, and so she was out, dressed in something that made it obvious she was used to cool weather (though that was bizarre in and of itself), a large tote bag slung over her shoulder and ending just past her hip.

She didn't recognize the building, but the door was open, and she wandered in after a moment's hesitation.

"Hello?"

She had never cared for the weather but she had added a light brown jacket to her usual clothing, her usual stockings changed over for a warmer, thicker pair. Of course the skirt stayed since shopping was the last thing on her mind these days. When a women's voice called out Misaki had been touching up the ledger at her desk in the back of the store, listing the new employees and figuring out their incoming pay.

She closed her accounting book and wandered out to look at the woman, recognizing her from the network.

"Hello. May I help you with something?"

After a moment she remembered to take her glasses off, setting them on the counter.

"Oh--oh!" she gasped, putting a small hand to cover dark red lips. "I was just looking around, the door was open..." she gestured, her hand pointing backwards as though the Japanese girl had no idea.

A moment before she gathered herself, both hands going to clutch the foremost strap on the tote bag. "No, I was just wandering around the Under--the town, seeing what was what and where everything was. Did you recently open this?"

"Recently reopening actually, however, I suppose you were not around before it was burnt down. Please come in and rest, but close the door behind you. You must be cold. Would you like some tea?"

It had been some time since she had been of mind enough to remember manners, but her business was finished for the day, for the most part, and the weather was bad enough that she understood the danger of being outside too long. The last thing the Underworld needed was a sudden onslaught of colds or even pneumonia.

She knew what had happened to the last building, but it was nice to see things being rebuilt. And, really, it had been a while since she'd spoken to Misaki, so why not take the opportunity now as long as she was already over here. Something told her the girl would be overworking and need a break, anyway. She was really too serious sometimes.

She couldn't really resist smiling, though, as she stepped inside.

"Oh! It's so nice in here, Misaki!"

"Aerie?" That was somebody she had not spoken to for some time, though that was probably the best since her social habits had needed some serious work within the last month. When Aerie entered Misaki had been placed clipboards with various maps and schedules on the walls with names written above them. As suspected Misaki was obviously overworking. Though at least she did not appear tired yet.

"What brings you here?"

"It's been a while. I...kind of wanted to check on you." She kept right on smiling, though. It could always have been worse. At least there wasn't anything horrible going on right now, anyway, and no one had to be scared of anyone else or anything that had been deumped into the Underworld for fun. The dinosaurs hadn't exactly been enjoyable, but as far as she knew, everyone had survived.

"Oh! And Fenris said you were looking for more help, so I thought I should volunteer."

A brief flash of sadness flickered over her face before it was hidden away, her face inexpressive for the most part. She had not been bothered by the dinosaurs. It was losing so many people in such a short amount of time which upset her. Then there was her lack of business, her research being behind, and moving on top of everything else.

She turned to look over the names above each schedule.

"I am looking for help, primarily in the office since I have hired two new people to do deliveries. Do you think you could handle the customer service aspect of things?"

He was happy to be back in business again. He hadn't really put much stock into what the business, and working at it, had meant to him until it was gone, demolished, destroyed so quickly. He was certain there was some sort of metaphor in there somewhere, but he'd rather not think about it. It was good to be at a place he could feel useful again, and not because he was being used, but because he was a valued member of the team.

He walked up beside Misaki, giving her a nod as he did so. "It feels good, doesn't it?"

"It does." This place was her pride. Cloud Strife may have created Strife Delivery, however, it was under her guidance that it grew and prospered. For a moment she wondered if the burning had not been a good thing after all. Before it had still been Cloud's but with the rebuilding it was hers.

And her employees', of course. Misaki turned her head towards Fenris, the tiniest smile flickering across her face before disappearing again. "Everything should be ready for our reopening, but I gave us a few extra days to relax. It would be nice to start on the first of the New Year in this place."

"The new year?" He wasn't aware of it being a grand celebration.

"Yes, the new year. January 1st marks the beginning of the new year. In my home we would hold a festival every year in honor of the year which has passed and the year which is to begin. It is believed if we start the new year off on a pleasant note then the year will have more good events than bad."

She had not thought of it for some time but it was still important to her.

After what happened to the old building, Minato would be very glad to help out with preparing the new office for Strife Delivery. It's work, an activity he can put his mind into and being productive.

He looked up at the building with a small smile.

Misaki noticed Minato outside and walked to the door, staring at him briefly before stepping back into the building.

"Are you going to come in or stand there all day? There is work to be done."

"I'm coming." He smiled, walking over to the door, intending on going inside. "What can I do?"

"There are the schedules for our opening on the desk, if you could put them up on the wall under each employees name it would be appreciated. Then you can help me move the desks around." She shut the door behind him so the cold would not get in and then moved to work on a ledger at the front desk. "How are you, Minato? With everything that has happened lately?"
