From Japanese animal variety TV program, "Tensai Shimura Zoo".
It has been introduced 2 otters, little brother of "Akemi and Junko", "Dynamic" in this program.
The language only Japanese, but everyone will thinks he is so cute.

It's event of 1st anniversary of Nippori-Toneri Liner.
When I went to Toneri park, it has been opened.
BTW, cherry blossoms does not bloom yet.
