I woke up to snow today.  It was the lovely sort of snow that isn't thick enough to get into your shoes or slippery enough to cause you to fall over, but it is enough to lightly frost every bare twig.  I went to Twin Ponds park to take pictures, stalked some interesting ducks, and got pelted by melting snow and bits of ice from the trees.  It was ( Read more... )

lol when I first heard about Pepsi and coke wanting to do that it nearly made me sick. Thank god they're not allowed to.
But apparently they're not allowed to because the beams that would be required to do it would interfere with aircraft. I bet if they overcame that challenge, they'd do it. Sickening.

Going into a strangers house to help them like that sounds pretty creepy. Almost like a trap. I know the alternative would be to leave the guy out there, which would be pretty horrible. But I hope you were careful and everything. :p

Yeah, I knew he was seriously in trouble and not trapping me because I heard him hollering for help all the way up the street. His balcony was behind his house, and there was no way he saw me first. Also, when I walked up to the side yard to see what was going on, he was yelling to a man over his back fence that was in the park to come around and help him. Definitely not a "let me lure young girls into my lair" sort of trap.
