Jaejoong really had self-confidence and attachment issues.
His fears is controlling his life and he really needs help.

I get the feeling that he throws up after sex is a way to cleanse himself. It's a psychological thing.
I think it's because he doesn't really like having casual sex but it's the only way he can be close to someone and yet never have the fear of being abandon. He is the one in control of the situation.
