[Giovanni wanders for a moment, as he gasps for breath at the surface of the water, if it's possible for him to drown. There are better things to be pondering, certainly, such as how he ended up in this position in the first place and where his clothes had gone off to, but his thoughts are so scattered at the moment it hardly matters

[Nill's just going to find everybody when they show up. Like she's magnetically drawn to them.]

[Though this time at least, she isn't getting groceries. She's wading in the ocean, walking along the beach with her shoes off, and generally enjoying the new scenery. The ocean is a new thing for her after all, so once she saw the ocean on her map she decided to explore.]

[She didn't expect to find someone nearly drowning though! Nill rushes over, setting her shoes down and kneeling next to the person. They're breathing at least...]

[There's someone else there. Giovanni holds a hand to his head as he tries to clear it. How had he gotten here? Why was he...?

He squints his eyes open, the bright light of the sun only causing the pounding in his head to get worse. He sees only her silhouette at first, but he continues to stare until the image clears.

There's something familiar about this girl. He's seen her before...]

[She hasn't seen him, though. As far as she's aware, this poor man has just washed up on the beach after trying to swim--or just arriving from the looks of his clothes.]

[She extends a hand to hover over the man's shoulder, silently asking if he's alright. Can she help?]

[Yes. Yes, he knows this girl.

When Nill reaches out her hand, Giovanni grabs it by the wrist.]

You... You're that little toy of Haine's.

[It hasn't been all that long since Tia more-or-less moved out to 'her' ocean, but she's not terribly surprised to see someone washing up out of the seas. Where there is a sea, there are those lost to it.

She doesn't come up to him immediately though, although he'll find a crab poking around near his head.]

[Giovanni, still dazed, can really do nothing more than just stare at the crab for a time. He's not even sure what he's actually seeing.

[Just a crab. It clicks a pincer at him, as it tries to decide what to make of him.]

[Pushing himself up into a seated position, Giovanni stares a bit longer before reaching a hand out in the creature's direction.]
