I love reading adverts for RPG groups. I just DO. I'm always incredibly impressed with most of the banners - how do they do those?
However some of the plotlines make me go wtf! I'm sure some people will take offence at this, but really - I don't actually care. Keep up the good work, it makes me happy.
Hidden Deceptions
The year is 2003 and the world is in turmoil. How could there be anyhope in this world? Harry Potter and Hermione Granger are dead, the Order of the Phoenix in ruins, and Lord Voldemort has control of the government. Thankfully, the general population was wrong about one thing: Harry Potter and Hermione Granger weren't dead, and they were just bidding time until they could reveal themselves...
Ah ha... It's just a cunning plan. Where's Ron? Let's hope he's REALLY dead then.
Ressurection Island
You are dead. You lived your life and died. Maybe you were a lucky one and died warm and content in your bed. Perhaps you died in battle. You could have been murdered. Or you could have even been executed. Whatever the reason, you are dead. You wake up. You are naked and lying on some great shore. Lying next to youis a small satchel. Take care of it for it has the basic necessities and three items that you would not want to be without. You have your old skills. You know who you are even if you can't quite rememberyour own name. You remember something important but you aren't surewhat. While you do have your memories they are not immediatelyavailable. They will come back in time or maybe they won't.
Youare also young or maybe you aren't. Everyone wakes up in a body that is no older than twenty-nine and no younger than twenty-four.

It is 2006, years after the Second Great War of Wizardkind came to a close. Both Potter and Voldemort met their ends in the last confrontation. A balance was achieved, but it is perhaps more tenuous now than ever, each side suddenly under a strain of their own. Cryptic messages ply the Dark as disturbing dreams haunt the Light. And someone may be giving the former Death Eaters comeuppance they deserve, at least in the eyes of some. Is it all random happenstance or are things more connected than they seem? New ties have been forged, sides have been rechosen, and old divisions may not be as clear as they once were,or in some cases are more clear than ever. Things may be gone and past,but never truly forgotten. And out of sight does not necessarily equalout of mind. This is the world of Seventh Sense

Albus Dumbledore has resigned from Hogwarts.
Minerva McGonagall joined the Ministry of Magic as deputy minister to newly appointed Minister Amelia Bones.
Severus Snape was named headmaster and did away with the Houses of Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw.
Harry Potter ran away from home to be a Muggle. But he quit the job at McDonald's and returned to school in November.

an accident triggered in the dungeon of Hogwarts castle launched every last wizarding school on earth into the outer reaches of the universe.Yeah, they're still puzzling out the whys of that one, but it seems to have something to do with a fail safe that's gone a bit awry. In the meantime, the students are facing trials they never thought they'd have to face before. Between the aliens and the meteor showers, a brief tripthrough time has even altered many peoples' ages. In fact, the rift inspace-time has altered things so much, that people are returning from the dead.
I'm not making this up, you know...

We ARE NOT SET in the U.K., and will not be concerning ourselves withbook timelines and events. This game takes place at The CalichiltetlanSchool of Witchcraft and Wizardry just outside Sedona, Arizona, one ofthe largest natural, real-life vortices in the world.

And may I say? Big American Lawyer - Very BIG. Quail? TINY. really really small.
