Another blow to freedom: Justices Rule Cities Can Take Property for Private DevelopmentI'm not even going to provide commentary for this one because its just so gross. New London feels as much like a hometown to me as Needham does, my body shakes with disgust ( Read more... )

Dude, my computer is too old, it can't handle all those images! It seriously starts begging me to increase its memory when I load up that page! Like, [Adam, you can't make me do this Adam] [Adam, I'm not going to put up with all this image processing Adam] [Adam, forget it, I'm going to crash on you now Adam] [mlm]

So, sorry bro, I'd read your journal but I can't handle it. Hope you're not getting shot at or anything...

Out of curiosity, how are they justifying giving a tree hugging hippie keys to an SUV? And out of curiosity, are these mystery wells potentially along roads, or are you being expected to go off roading in your rent-a-boat? Only reason I ask is, if they expect you to go off-roading, I would die of laughter if you got yourself stuck somewhere.

hey i noticed that too. and it pissed me off as well. You notice that the standard 'liberal' judges were for the 5-4 and Rehnquist, Thomas and Scalia were all against it? We weave tangled webs. If this is liberal, I guess I'm a redneck.

You lucky bastard, riding across the land in rented company cars scouting for stuff and getting in the dough for it. Your life def. sounds like a grizzled side o wild west ruckus.

Catch NYTimes' Frank Rich edotoriarticle about PBS. I'd have massmailed it if I wasn't lazy and lacking in faith.
