They didn't officially disband, but they stopped playing lives and never had anymore releases. So... basically abandoned.

(That's why, at the end of their 2010 limited revival live DVD, KISAKI is mentioning the new bands of every member, and when he says "Matoi is now in JILL CHRIST," Matoi seems surprised and laughs.)
