No, you overseas fans who can use Amazon. Why can't bands use Hear Japan, available for all countries? It's really unfair. I can't use iTunes either.

Yeah you're right, I forgot that iTunes/etc. isn't available everywhere. Sucks when you want to give your money to a company but aren't even allowed to do it :(

If you really want to, you can use a proxy and buy stuff through Amazon MP3 (that's how I bought releases from the Japanese version before they were on Amazon US as well). I can help you with that if you want-but if not, I totally understand.

Ummm, how would proxy help if my credit card is Polish?

I also don't want to cheat. I want to be able to buy mp3s legally and if such places don't sell it to Polish people I'm not going to support them, sorry. It's not my fault their rules are so stupid, so why would I give my money to Amazon or iTunes, which make money on the downloads too?

Also, I agree with the above, the lack of access to Amazon or iTunes for some countries is really frustrating... especially in cases where you only want one song...
