I would actually disagree on the weather, while it's certainly not exactly 'hot day free,' we have weather like we've had the last couple of weeks... in DECEMBER, in Houston.

I meant more in terms of "having a tendency to go up and down all the time" but that was my bad for being unclear. It was in fact nicely cool for a couple days earlier this week/last week... and now it's hot and muggy again.
