Take some time off - I heartily suggest it.

You need to realise that many people love and care about you an awful lot. And considering the horrid time you've been having lately, you really need it demonstrated. And how better than to catch up with people you hold dear that you haven't seen for ages.

A trip up north perhaps?

All I have to add is that I love you very much. I know you have the warmest heart of anyone I know, and I would trust you with anything. There are some douches out there who should not be considered because they are douches. But look around you for the people who do care, and love you for your Buttscratchers, Solidarity forevers and quirkiness. I think you'll find there are many of us.
