You make me laugh, M.

Of course, after I wrote this, I thought of a no. 25. In fact, a whole bushel of no. 25s.

How did you lose Mike Bevel as an LJ friend? He's incredibly fickle. He hasn't talked to me in a month or so. The last I heard from him he was accusing me of cheating at facebook scrabble against someone else entirely (so I don't know why it was his business or a very fair accusation to make). I'm sure whatever the reason was it had nothing to do with you.

I'm not sure. We met twice to go to the movies. I figure I must have said something insensitive. Not about him, I'm thinking, but I was pretty candid about lesbians (I think) and mental health (I think) and maybe Richard Dreyfus (I think). Anyway, he dropped me as a friend. I was very sad. I think he's the best reader I've ever come across.

Happy birthday, D. Many happy returns of the day. Uncle C

Not so cool as your toys.

Nope, it's Sasha dolls that make up my collection: Check out Wikipedia and this site. (The Wikipedia entry is my own.) My first dolls were given to my sister when we were kids. They've been exposed to extremes in hot and cold (they were stored for years in my mother's attic), but have survived remarkably well. I finished the collection I wanted in the mid-1990s. I will blog about them one day. Now that I have a digital camera, I can take pictures of them as well.

I'd love to see them sometime. Gay men are great caretakers of collectibles and things that get passed on for future generations to enjoy.I often wonder whats going to happen to all my stuff when I'm old and gone.

I will do a full post about them soon. Now that I have the new camera, I can take some decent pictures and post them.
