I think he feels very strongly for here, enough to offer to marry her even when he's not sure the child is his, but that's because he's an honorable man, not necessarily that he can't live without her. Their's is a doomed relationship...

I love Nurse Nellie, too, but you aren't easy on her. On the first evening of her vacation, Illya, with brushed teeth, on her couch and you have her mother banging at the door!! At least Illya's communicator didn't go off at the end of dinner, so I'm hoping she finally got some satisfaction for herself!!!!

Glad you like her, and yes, life is a challenge for her, but life is like that. And she did get at least one trip around the block before her mom showed up and I'm fairly certain Illya 'lingered' into the night... Illya's too much of a gentleman to leave a lady high and *ahem* dry...

Yep, I did write a long post, but it was the right thing to do.

Yesterday's fic discussion in the Canteen made me realize how important it is to recognize authors who respect the readers and know the guys. That is praise-worthy!
