[For Dean]
Sam was still so unsure what to make of the whole 'Alec' and 'Ben' thing and figured before he did anything else, he owed his brother a warning so he wouldn't shoot on sight when he came face to face with someone who looked like him. And how many times had Sam seen this? It'd just never happened to him (thank God, seriously). Ray Kowalski had what, like...a bucket's load of them by now?
