Hallelujah was relatively relaxed- sprawled across his new bed contently, entangled in the comforter with his face buried against the pillow. As soon as Allelujah's hand came in contact with him, though, his mismatched eyes snapped open, muscles tensing. Something was touching him. It only took a half-instant to assess the situation- somewhere new, someone touching him, jostling him, and speaking, and before he even registered whose voice it was or what they had been saying, he shoved himself up from the mattress, one elbow sailing back viciously to detach him from his attacker ( ... )

Allelujah pulled back once he saw the signs Hallelujah was reacting on pure instincts. He didn't blame Hallelujah for reacting that way, and he knew he should have been more careful. He just stared at Hallelujah, feeling a bit embarrassed he caused such a scene.

"Sorry," he muttered to himself, and for himself mostly.

When Hallelujah spoke, that made him alert again. He snapped out of it, looking serious and that he had a few things to say. "I am not sure, but it seems we are in a new room." He started to look around again, noticing how the computer and bathroom were placed differently. "I think we are still in the asylum, but we have been moved, maybe? I am not sure."

He looked back towards Hallelujah, his voice uncertain. "Are you alright?"

He raised an eyebrow, but didn't comment on the apology- He wasn't sure just what Allelujah was apologizing for, so he wouldn't acknowledge it verbally. "..I don't see where we'd be if not still in the place. And this is a little nicer than the HRL's places." He took a step back towards the bed, pressing on it curiously. It wasn't so starchy. Hell, it was almost nice. That was odd, and his brows furrowed ( ... )

When Hallelujah mentioned the HRL, his body tensed once again. Flashbacks immediately came to his mind, but as soon as they came, they soon were forced out of his mind. "I think they sedated us and brought us here." Which was the most logical thing. "Maybe it's an updated section?" Which just brought more memories, but he tried to refrain from showing he was thinking such things.

"New arrivals?" His voice sounded concerned, and the topic itself was touchy. "It is possible, I suppose." He muttered, his eyes glancing away. His mind kept wondering, and it seemed Hallelujah's voice was always the thing that brought him back to this so called reality.

He was about to respond when Hallelujah reached out to touch his jaw. He leaned back a bit, but once he eased up, he went back to his normal posture. His face saddened, though. "I can see from it now." He reached up to touch his own golden eye, but soon he dropped his hand, looking back towards Hallelujah. "Are you no longer nauseated?"

He frowned, letting go of Allelujah's jawline once he decided that his other was uninjured. "I'm fine- it was just trying that fucking food for you." He hadn't wanted Alle to have to be the guinea pig after all. "So we've been healed up..." But by the way he felt, the carnival event had definitely been real- he could almost still smell the sawdust and the everything on himself... not to mention he hadn't had a decent shower in however long it had been changed.

"...So was that just a transition period, then?" Suddenly, the asylum was a lot stranger. Suddenly it looked almost... nice. From being a horrific carnival, not it was almost like a normal hospital- which still made him uncomfortable, the hair on the back of his neck prickling and his wrists itch below the bands, but that was his normal sentiments towards any sort of medical area.

His normal sentiments were just... more prominent when it looked like the hospital could actually be in operation.
