She'd honestly been feeling ill. Right after donning her... disguise... That was more than likely the cause. All that disgusting food in her probably made her as sick as she'd been. But, it did have the beneficial side effect of making her stomach swell outwards--which was perfect for the cause.
After Roxas made her lie down, she had fallen asleep, sort of. It was a hazy kind of doze where she drifted in and out of real sleep. So when the knock came, she was conscious enough to push herself up on the pillow, and call out.
Midna beat him to it, but half wondering if the room would even let a person in even if said person doing the inviting practically lived there herself now, Roxas got up to get the door anyway. He glanced at Midna, but she had only half-sat up.
It was the first time he'd seen Sora in a while, and it would be the first time Sora came up to his room. He opened the door, blinking at the amusing display of balance. "Hey," he greeted, stepping aside to let his Other in.
Sora readjusted so that he was holding both bowls properly, practically beaming at his Other. "Hey! I brought ice cream! I dunno which flavors are any good, but... we could try everything, I guess?"
He looked around the room as he entered, his eyes wide with curiosity. He'd somehow expected it to be different, like maybe they'd gone and decorated the place up. He'd wondered if they'd maybe made a crib for the baby already. Though he did suppose it was a little early for that... When was the baby supposed to get there anyway?
Still smiling, he stopped in the middle of the room and looked between Roxas and Midna. "So, um... Where should I put these...?"
She'd said it once, and she'd say it again. Or rather, think it. This kid was nothing like the one she'd first met. And for that, she was grateful. He was also... not a whole lot like her Roxas either.
Smirking, despite the feeling of nausea, she sat all the way up, leaning back on the pillow. "You can put them on the desk," she said, imperious. Even though this wasn't really her room... "Or just... pass it out or whatever it is."
Sitting up wasn't as comfortable as lying down, she decided, before stretching out awkwardly on her side, her head popped up on a hand. "Long time no see, Spiky~"
Roxas grinned a little, arching a brow. "Ice cream, huh? Um..." He glanced at Midna at her suggestion, nodding. "That works best, I think," he said, gesturing to the desk before staring at the bowls of ice cream. "...how much did you bring anyway?"
He closed the door once Sora stepped all the way in, stepping over to sit at the edge of the bed.
