She had been reluctant to go out without a direct purpose, but Souseiseki could never deny any request made by her twin. And being in the garden really was nice. She'd been unable to spend time here for so long now. The little blue flowers that grew in the shade would glow like no other flowers could, and they reminded her of Lempika.

The scissors from the art room were in her pocket, but that is not what she first thought of. Instead, her hand went to the charm that she now wore around her neck at all times. Miniature golden scissors. What her weapon had been reduced to. But maybe it could be useful for a little something.

Sui had also found a charm that resembled her weapon, but unlike Sou's, she really couldn't do much with it. So she just wore it for sentiment's sake.

It was good to be able to tend to plants. She hummed quietly as she found one that needed water. Naturally, since this was just an ordinary watering can, she'd have to go back and refill it when it was empty, but that was okay.

"Does the garden make Souseiseki feel better, desu?" she asked after a short time.

She trimmed unneeded leaves and cleared tall grass away from the more delicate flowers. In a garden this nice, it didn't take much to make things look perfect. And that little feeling of success was just what she needed after so many failures.

"Yes ... yes, it does. Thank you for talking me into coming."

Suiseiseki found some more plants that could use water. She didn't think it ever rained here. It was really strange.

She smiled at her twin. "Suiseiseki always knows best. We should come here more often, desu."

She laughed for the first time in far too long. Being surrounded by nature was good for her. It put her back in touch with parts of her personality that sometimes were pushed aside for the sake of being a good little soldier. "Yes. We should. It's so peaceful."
