Eek! It's starting to sound final... And I still can't tell which way you're going to go with it. Dawn made some good points, but Buffy seems as fixed as ever. How many chapters left?

Two. Unless one runs especially long in the rewrite, which I don't think will happen. We're definitely approaching the finish line on this one.

Oh god...I'm so nervous that my nail are digging into my skin. When Willow said 'send her back' I was like 'YES!! Do that!' but then again I thought, is this the right solution? Buffy is so cold and bitter and...well, I can say that she's not my favorite character at the moment. I wish Dawn had the strength to get out of bed and slap her

I agree. I think Buffy was being unfair when she said William would have attached himself to anyone; I also think that she knew she was being unfair. But Dawn's accusations put her on the defensive, and that was just her way of deflecting the blame. Not mature of her at all, but that's Buffy for you.
