I have really got to stop doing this

I've been simultaneously working on chapter thirteen of The Girl with Flaxen Hair and chapter ten of A Hundred Visions and Revisions,. It's driving me nuts because I keep setting one aside to work on the other and I feel like I'm not accomplishing anything with either one. So I ask you, reading public, which would you rather see updated first?

I voted for The Girl with the Flaxen Hair. However, I think you really should work on what you love the best...and I'm guessing that's the first one, since that's your baby for a long time.

Honestly, I don't love either of them best. I tend to have a very love-hate relationship with everything I write. I love it while I'm in the process of writing it, and then I think it's utter crap by the time I'm finished. ;P

I understand. I can switch if I've reached a stopping point of words/ideas, but I need to be in the groove of working on whatever story it is. Otherwise you're going "But I want *that* one!" and being a cranky writer.

Yeah, I'm not one of those writers who can work on any ol' thing at will. Editing takes a lot less drive.
