Sometimes I look around the house at the specific pieces of trash that are visible and I think, "Why on earth??". I mean, in the kitchen, there were two ripped off tops of individual oatmeal packets. Not the bottoms... the bottoms were emptied and thrown away. Just the tops lay there... waiting. What was it that made some kid think, "I've got time

Actually, that is completely normal. As much as it bugs me, I am also guilty of doing the same exact thing. I don't know why tops are harder to throw away. They just are.

Good job sticking to your guns with Parker. Also, I can't believe he's almost in college. What the heck in the world.
