you click where it says HTTP. It takes you to the entry on my "sparkpeople" diet-tracking website. I think they do it that way so you'll see the "sparkpeople" site and want to join. Next time I think I'll copy/paste instead.
Well, it's finally scheduled. My partial (or total) knee replacement surgery will happen November 16th. Being as it's the VA, I don't go into the hospital until about three hours before the operation and I could be released as early as two days later. (My friends remind me that it's far easier to get an antibiotic-resistant infection _in_ the hospital.) Interesting things I never knew about knee replacements: You can't drive for six weeks You have to get everything - absolutely everything - out of the apartment, because you can fall so easily and hitting something on the way down could kill you. You can't have dental work for six months afterward. They're happy to give you serious happy-type painkillers --- for forty-eight hours. after that, Ha! . Bad time to have a knee replacement? Late fall, with snow and ice on the way before you could even possibly be healed and steady on your feet again... Ain't science wunnerful?
I buy some kind of period cookware from you almost every year, usually at Pennsic. I've sung you many a song. You're a good artisan, not a here-for-the-beer, and nice. That's all.
Ah! Okay...I have some memory problems that have developed over the past few years, so I need to check. I hope I didnt offend. Saddly, I havent been to Pennsic for (nearly) 5 years now...I live now in Caid, in Temple City, right next to Pasedena.Thank you for letting me know..this really helps me put the puzzle back to gether, and I apprecaite it. Thank you!

I have past-hip-length greying black hair, glasses now, I used to wear Tudor but now primarily wear Dark Ages. I sell glass jewels and washable wool cloaks. I have a hyperactive _very_ skinny adult son, who would have been twenty at your last Pennsic, with shoulder length very dark brown hair and a tendency to ripped braes. (I'm Alizaundre de Brebeuf-- finally found a spelling that passed the Heralds-- and he's Alexander Underfoote.) I don't know why it didn't occur to me that you might recognize my name...
