I am pretty much terrified of all dogs in all situations, but I also hate Breed Specific Legislation. Instead of that, can we get legislation like our gun legislation? Where you have to have a license, pass a background check and have a mandatory waiting period before being able to get a pet? That would probably weed out the most vile people.
I was watching an episode of Hoarders one time, and this lady had 7 cats. Well, while cleaning out her trash pit, they found 4 of the cats dead in her home. AND SHE WAS NOT LEGALLY PREVENTED FROM OWNING PETS IN THE FUTURE. How does that happen?
