At this point, it will actually be easier to start selling my organs to finance school this year as opposed to applying for OSAP. I am pretty much in tears I'm so frustrated. Maybe I can help? Even if I can't, my school's OSAP office is probably open and I can probably drop in with a question in the morning.

I think my only question at this point is 'why do you hate me so much', but thanks. I lost my OAN number (because they assigned it 5 years ago and I've gone through 6 moves since then and lost the fricking paperwork), and the so-called challenge questions are not right, I guess... I'm just irked. Going to have to sacrifice a goat and maybe try calling them tomorrow.

Goddamnit I hate dealing with financial aid. Grr! I totally feel your pain... or at least I did like four years ago. Why can't they keep any of their shit straight? Ever?!

It took me two weeks of bullshit (two different times), and I was able to simply walk to the office everyday and speak to the people! Idk what you're gonna do, but I do know that it's a pile of crap and it really shouldn't be your problem, since it's probably them who keeps losing shit or keeps forgetting to enter stuff in the computer, or who frakking even knows.

All I can say is KEEP EVERYTHING THEY EVER GIVE YOU! Every scrap of paper, every envelope... everything. Even if they swear you won't need it again, it's best to just have it. Also, everything you give them, make an extra copy before you give it to them so you can give them another one when they lose it.
