• Can be made from Hollows, can form naturally

• Souls- haven't entered afterlife

Largely correct. Shinigami and Hollows are similar beings on opposite sides of the spectrum. Arrancar are, indeed, a higher ranked form of Hollow. I rank them by power and usefulness, the strongest being the Espada.
