I don't think most of Ironhide and Ratchet's recent issues have been publically accessible on the network. Mostly because Ani!Prime was concerned about Ironhide, and had little idea what was going on.

If attention was paid, that kind of comes across as... stalking? I mean, I don't see the problem with noticing, but there's no reason for any character to call them on it.

Soundwave knows full well what's been said between them, but he doesn't care.

Unless they were close friends with Ratchet or Ironhide, I don't think there'd be any reason to tell them they're being stupid over relationship issues.
