It's popped up in the last couple of years... It's the internet version of Black Friday. biggest online shopping day of the year / holiday season.

I swear, I hadn't heard of it until this year. I was looking at Black Friday sales online and this "Cyber Monday" stuff was everywhere. I was all "WTF, mate?"

Then again, it does not surprise me that it's been around as long as people say. I'm always the last to know these things.
