yeah. a bit of ground flax seed with a bit of water, lightly warmed up & fried together in a pan will make a gelatinous substance that is very similar to the texture of egg white. it also tastes lovely. :)

yeah, kinda. it works well for making muffins. it adds a little bit of a different flavor to it & takes down the calories a little.

I guess that's true. It probably also helps with the moisture level being correct.
