I normally try to encourage a pragmatic approach to tenant-landlord relations, but in this case I'm going to give you props. Way to stick it to the man, I hope he enjoys cleaning up.

the best part is i looked and the worst thing he can do is keep our damage deposit. which he as already going to do. haha!
