Gravitation is great. Very, very slapstick, but it's funnier than most manga out there that are oriented towards humor. The thing I like most about it is that Shuuchi and Yuki's relationship is always changing and developing new facets; it's not just in a permanent state of "does he love? do I love him? Is this right?" The twelfth and final volume is going to be released soon. Of course, I still need to get Volumes 10 and 11...

The anime is also good, but maybe I'm biased because I saw it before I read the manga. Yuki was drawn very beautifully. So beautifully that he is probably the best-looking anime male I've seen a in long time. It's not as funny as the manga, but still good. Seki does a good job as Shuuchi. ^_^ And Hatori's seiyuu does Yuki's voice so in a way its like watching....Hatori and Kyou.

Dernit, now that you've said vol 9's are showing up, I'm going to be getting my hopes up every time I walk into a book store even though I KNOW they won't be there =.= All your fault Ysa ;P

According to Diamond's shipping lists for 5/18, Fruits Basket 9 should hit comic shops on that date. Along with Ai Yori Aoshi 9, another in a line of 'Sean's guilty pleasures' series.
