Happy things!

I keep thinking about doing the "daily happiness" thing, because I enjoy other people's posts in that vein, but I'm not committing. I do, however, have happy things to mention!

New Viz shoujo manga, adapted by Ysa! Hooray!! I'm giving Dawn of the Arcana a second try-I caught up on the releases digitally (though haven't had time to read them yet). Devil and Her Love Song and Strobe Edge are dear favourites of mine. I'm looking forward to the upcoming announcements whenever they happen :D (and hoping-oh-hoping one is Akatsuki no Yona, because that's just what I do these days.)

Jinksy's colouring sounds delightful! I love catching a glimpse of a ghostly stripe pattern in a cat's fur. It does seem hard-to-photograph, though.

*g* I don't actually know the title of my new one--just the manga-ka's name and a description of the plot.

I'm going to see if Kas can get a good shot of Jinksy's coloring for me. ^_^

Yay for new manga series to adapt!

Looking forward to the fic, as you well know. :)

Mari's coat has all sorts of shades in it - most of the time, her records just say "gray tabby", but my current vet tells me that she's a "torby" or tortoiseshell tabby, which she is, but I didn't know the name of it. Kenshin is just a plain old orange and white shorthaired. At any rate, looking forward to more Jinksy and Claudia pictures that show their coat markings!

Also, "daily happiness" is always good. ♥

Some cats' coats are just so interesting! I love that Jinksy's has so much subtle stuff going on.

Yay for everything!

P.S. I started watching Warehouse 13; you should have told me that the first episode involved Lucretzia Borgia! Or I guess not because it might have spoiled the surprise, but I legit squealed when I saw the painting.

All the yay!

I must admit I remember basically nothing about the W13 episodes before Claudia shows up, other than that one of them has a somewhat racist artifact that puts some people off. (Fortunately, that's not at all typical of the show.) ^^; Because Claudia! And also because, while I actually love Pete now, he drove me completely up the wall in season 1, and the first few episodes were the worst for that. I'm so glad the writers got a better handle on him.
