Having what feels like the beginning of a cold (hello, sore throat and headache) sucks. However, if one has to be in this situation, it seems to me there're worse ways to begin the day than by sleeping for 12 hours, during the latter three of which your husband and a good friend go to the farmers' market and bring back, among other things, ( Read more... )

Oh no! Don't get sick!!

I've been trying to work on a Yotsuba&! mood theme. It's high on my list of fandom things I want to do, but I just haven't really been able to find HQ scans. Do you know where I can find any?

I'm trying to avoid it! My throat's feeling a bit better tonight than it was this morning, so I have hope. ^^

A Yotsuba&! theme would be so much fun. *_* I hope you can do it! Alas, I can't help with scans--I've only read the books in English.

If I'd known about holding down A when I was a kid, I might have learned to play past the first two levels. (Not worlds. Levels. It was one of those sad situations where my best friend had an NES and I didn't get a lot of playing time.)

It's okay. I think I've found some good ones, though the quality of the first chapter isn't so hot. Any ideas on colors for the theme? Or should I just do b&w?

Ah yes.... we had a SNES and the game, but neither my sister nor I were very good at it. XD I don't think we ever beat it...

Um! I...I don't know. I'm not very visual, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. ^^;

I'm not sure, but I really do think yesterday afternoon was the first time I ever saw some of those levels. Someday I'll play them. (Probably someday after I find a game genie. >.>)

Throat still feels sore, but doesn't seem to be any worse. That's something!

*g* I'm happy Yen rescued it because it was ultimately all the joy over the license being rescued that made me get the books from the library. I'm so glad I did. I really need to get my own set.

I approve of a Wii. I love mine. MarioKart is tons of fun and I do "play" WiiFit quite a bit (not as often as I should though TT_TT).

Also, we can trade riend codes and play against each other! >:D

I really can't see us getting one in the near future, but if we do, remind me about codes. ^^ (I'm not sure if I'd do any kind of multiplayer things--I've never done it with any other form of gaming. But it would still be good to know.)
