Aww, that was cute. I like the odd way Ruki thinks. The way he describes things. Very nice. and btw, I'm currently suffering insomnia plus migraine so since I can't sleep, Im up at 6 freaking am reading yaoi fanfiction....

not that it's going to put me to sleep but at least hopefully I'll find some good stuff that will dull the pain...

Migraines are a bitch. I found the best way to deal with them is meditation (I've gotten them for years). It takes some time but there are some really good techniques out there. If you would like, I will share with you my favorites.

And if the "stage-name" don't please just call me Sarah.

I'm not really good at meditation, but sure I'd be happy for some suggestions. usually I just try to sleep it off, but sometimes though my body begs to just slip unconscious, even my scalp hurts with a bad migraine so the then the pillow increases the pain ( ... )

Don't apologize, I do the same thing. Lime is fine, I'm not picky about what people call me. (Been called worse, lol)

As for the meditation the one I always use for migraines is this one -

You give the pain a mental shape, color, and motion. Like if it is sharp and stabby some shape or combination of shapes that represent that feeling. Then you give it a motion (I always imagine mine like a heartbeat monitor because my migraines throb) and then a color (maybe that color of green you hate?)

In your minds eye (sitting in the dark, btw) you slowly change the shape you see. Make it it round or square, whatever is comforting. Then you slowly change the motion until it is still. Then the color of the shape to a color that relaxes you. This might take a couple of hours the first time you do it, but after that it becomes a lot easier. I can kill a migraine in about 20 minutes with this now :)
