I don't have a scanner, so no other pics, but storywise, the first is the last volume of a story in which Orihime is dreaming about different endings and lives than canon.
The other is a set of connected vignettes set in Hueco Mundo. My Japanese isn't that great, so that's about all I can tell you aside from the fact that the art is truly gorgeous for both doujinshi.
