The most graphic image is one of Ulquiorra with his jacket open and a little off his shouders, kissing a topless Orihime's neck, though all you can see of her torso is her back...so there is no nudity at all. It's a goegeousa shot, though!

The illustration is truly gorgeous, I agree. The whole book is beautifully done.
