I think the problem was even when the Office first started no one was doing stuff like webisodes and putting episodes up online and on i-tunes - maybe in the last two or so.
But yeah, I don't really feel for the Office writers, as hilarious as they were in that video. But there are tons of writers, no where near as successful as the Office staff, who aren't getting compensated for their work, so I hope the strike works out for their sake. (Not to sound all preach-y. I do think it's stupid that they were paid zero dollars for the webisodes. But you'd think they'd've asked before they sat down to write them, how much are you gonna pay us for them? Who knows, maybe they did.) But yeah, I definitely feel for the crew people the most.
