I've done some terrifying things in my time, made some hard choices, faced ugly truths. However, nothing quite prepared me for the sheer terror of submitting my work to a real live publisher. We shall see.

I read again last night at Ruta Maya and this guy came up to me and said, "So, when you finish this series based on a poem or whatever, you're going to put them all together and offer them to people like me for money right? Because I'll pay you."
