:0 what a strong reaction to a video lol

Mostly I used the strength of the singing voice, and little bits of history/personality of the nations to determine who sung which part.
Garou was France because he has the lower, huskier voice. Plus, I see him as having a more 'innocent' [however innocent this song can be >.>] love for Canada as apposed to England; who really was a bastard to his colonies at times and fits 'evil' roles particularly well. [xD]
America was Phoebus because he is the youngest and probably has the most confused feelings for Canada.
