I had my noscript on my firefox turned off, and when I visited livejournal today, every livejournal page kept automatically forwarding to cash4gold.com.

I'm not certain if this is happening to anyone else, but I had to list livejournal as an untrusted site just to browse.

For a small window of time yesterday, it was happening. I sent in a report, and they told me that they had a problem with the coding for one of their advertisements.

One of their 'advertisers' crapped on them using a script that is malware. Grab the adblock plus extension, it's good for stopping most of that. I also have firefox disable any javascript action that modifies browser behavior such as moving or resizing windows, removing buttons, etc.

I actually emailed the LJ tech support, and they explained it to me. It apparently only happen in about a 10 minute time frame. I never see advertisements otherwise. Thank you, add-ons.
