More Politician Fan Comedy!

Further to the Monty Python sketch that was posted the other day, I believe this sketch from Armando Iannucci's Saturday Night Armistice,1995 is also relevant to our interests!

I remember watching this when it was broadcast. Like the Python sketch, eerily prescient I think!

Apologies if it's been posted before-

God, I loved that show. I'm trying to find a decent picture of Mr Tony Blair now...

"I would trust him with my life...I want to be chaired by Jeremy Hadley."...*pant pant*

Clearly, this is us-sans a couple of years.

(maybe if we phone up Armando to repeat the sketch, somehow we could meet one of The Lads...somehow)

...This is eerily close to the truth for me.

I'm slightly worried/very, very amused.

You're Welcome! I thought at the time that the sketch wasn't as far fetched as all that. The discovery of this comm has confirmed this old suspicion (it's amazing!!).

Forgive the vast array of exclamation marks! According to Terry Pratchett, I'm mad, apparantly. (good!)
